As of September 22, 2021, only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to participate in indoor recreation activities and dining, thus proof of vaccination status is required to be eligible to play at epic sports as per Ontario regulations. Fully vaccinated individuals are defined as 14 days or more have passed after receiving the second dose of the vaccine.
Please have the following ready to show the front desk when checking in.
1) Proof of vaccination status
2) Government issued ID
