Fine tuning strategy, technique and fitness required for high level competition.
Suitable for players with at least 1 year previous training that is interested in competition in the future
Requirements:
– Able to play different shots consistently and understand strategy behind shot placements. Namely, drop, smash, clear, push, drive, and net.
– Fluent full court footwork
– Capable of competing in a fast-paced rally
Training Schedule:
Wednesday | 5:00pm – 7:00pm (Technique Training) |
Saturday | 5:00pm – 7:00pm (Technique Training) |
1:30pm – 3:00pm (Ladder)* | |
3:00pm – 4:00pm (Fitness: Strength + Endurance)* |
