General Rules

• NO FOOD OR DRINKS ON OR AROUND THE COURT (only in the waiting area)
• Please clean up your garbage upon leaving

Shoe Rules

• Indoor court shoes (non-marking) ONLY
• Please change all outdoor shoes upon entering the building at the entrances

Court Booking Rules

• 48 hour notice regarding cancelations are required for any court booking, otherwise a fee will be charged
• Reserved courts will be held for 10min (Epic clock), afterwards we reserve the right to cancel the court
• Court reservations exceeding two hours require a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost
• In order to receive membership discount, a membership number or physical card must be present and booked under the same name as the card holder
• You must show for 3 continuous weeks in ordered to be considered for pre-booking (subjected to court availability)
• More than 2 cancelations per month for individuals on the pre-booking list will be subjected to removal from the pre-booking list
• No make up time if you arrive late for your court booking
• Only drop-in individuals are permitted to use empty courts, those who are not drop-in will be charged when empty courts are occupied by the individual
