CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the first lesson payment is not received 24 hours before the lesson, it will be automatically cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule the lesson, you may do so up until 24 hours prior to the lesson free of charge. Any cancellation made after 24 hours will be charged. Please call us directly to cancel.

All Epic Sports Badminton packages are non-refundable and do not expire. If a refund is exceptionally processed, all previously attended lessons will be recalculated at the single-lesson rate and deducted from the total amount paid. Any remaining balance may be issued as Epic Sports Badminton store credit only. Store credit does not expire and is not redeemable for cash.
