Epic Challenge

Thank you for your interest in Epic Challenge. Unfortunately, the challenge has been discontinued.

Event Details:

  • When: Every Sunday night, 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM
    • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Epic Challenge (main event, birds provided)
    • 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM: Drop-in play
  • Format: Doubles games (bring a partner or be paired up at the event)
  • While our coaches will be providing commentary on your performance, please keep in mind they will not be step-by-step coaching during the event.
  • Warm-up starts at 7:00 PM (birds are not provided for warm-up & drop-in)
  • The total number of games won by each player will be tracked throughout the competition
    • Raffles will be conducted weekly, for all participating players. Winners will be selected at random from the eligible pool.
  • Game Rules:
    • Matches are played to 21 points, one set, no tie breaker
    • Points are tallied for each win across different stages
    • Juniors 14 & under and women will receive a points advantage

*Juniors 3 point advantage, mixed doubles 4 point advantage, & Women’s doubles will receive a 8 point advantage

Detailed Rules
  • Entrance Fee
    • Fee includes birds and court usage
    • Chaopai Pink will be provided during the matches
  • General: $17/person
  • Students: $12/person

Promotions will differ weekly:

  • Please see our social media pages for the most up to date schedule (Instagram, Facebook, Red Note)
    • General Buy 1 get 1 50%: $25.50/pair
    • Student Buy 1 get 1 50%: $18/pair (BOTH MUST BE CURRENT EPIC STUDENTS)

Registration & Check-In:

  • All participants must arrive 10 minutes before the start time for registration and payment.
  • Open pool format.
  • Please complete the form below each week to confirm attendance.
  • Sign-ups will also be available at the event

Teams & Pairing:

  • Players are encouraged to come with a partner.
  • If you do not have a partner, a teammate will be assigned to you at the event.
  • Please review the detailed rules regarding promotional policies.

General Terms:

  • By participating, you agree to play in good sportsmanship and follow event rules.
  • Organizers reserve the right to adjust match formats, stages, or scheduling if needed.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable unless granted at the organizers’ discretion.
  • Both partners must check in together; late arrivals/category changes will void promotional discounts.
  • Partner substitutions are permitted, but discounts only apply if the original category remains the same.
  • Raffles will be hosted weekly during 7:00-9:00pm
  • Participation is at your own risk; organizers are not liable for injuries or lost items.
  • Please note that registration is required every week, only qualified players that register online will be eligible for the weekly promotional discount
